Nice clothes, slow support

I bought a knitted jumper and a couple of camisoles during their mid-season sale. The clothes themselves are lovely, good fabric and the jumper is really cozy. Sizing was accurate too. My order took 6 days to reach me in Nevada, which was fine. My only minor issue was when I had a question about the delivery tracking; I emailed customer service and it took almost two full days to get a reply. They did sort it out, but it felt a bit slow compared to other online stores. Overall, I'm pleased with the items and the value, just wish support was a touch quicker.

They do ship internationally, but I think it takes a bit longer to the US. I ordered a top last year and it was like 10-14 days.

Yeah, I'm in California and it's usually around two weeks, maybe a little more if customs holds it up. Factor that in if you need it for a specific date.
